Is your shipping free?

Yes, we do not charge extra for shipping. The price you see is the price you pay with the exception of taxes where applicable which will be added on during checkout.

When will you ship my order?

We process orders Monday thru Friday. We generally strive to ship the same day as the order was placed especially if the order was placed before 12 PM Central Time, but it may take up-to next business day to ship your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Sure you can if you cancel within 1 Hour if you placed your order during business days between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM Central Time, because our goal is to ship the day. You can cancel even after 1 Hour until 9:30 AM next business day if you ordered after 5 PM.

Where all do you ship?

We ship to only lower 48 states in USA. We do not ship ship to PO Box, Military Address, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico.

Why do you NOT ship to PO Box, Military Address, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico?

Primarily do to the size of some of the packages PO Box and Military Address have restrictions, and shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico it is just not economical.

What will happen to my order if I placed to a location you do not ship to?

We hate loosing your business, but we would have to cancel the order and refund your money.

What shipping service do you use?

Majority of our orders are shipped using UPS Ground, a few are sent by USPS priority mail.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Generally it can take up to 7 business days to receive your package after you get a shipping notification. Our average delivery time so far has been 3 to 5 business days.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, all our items shipped will have tracking numbers.

I have an issue with the product, can I return it?

Yes, we have a 30 days no questions return policy. If you have an issue please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue, replace the item, or send you return information and refund your purchase.
